Dear members and friends of the Chamber, we are delighted to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date : Wednesday June 21st, at 5:30 pm
Place : CEIM, 20 Queen Street, Montreal, H3C 2N5, 3rd floor.
The AGM is an important moment in the life of our organization. It’s an opportunity for us to take a comprehensive look back over the past year, and to share achievements, milestones, financial advances and membership developments.
Your presence at the AGM is essential to us. As members, your voice counts and your active participation is of paramount importance. Please note that only paid-up members are entitled to vote. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and help shape the future of our organization.
Please find attached the official notice of meeting, the minutes of the 2022 AGM, the report of the Nominating Committee and a proxy form if you are unable to attend the AGM in person.
